Policies


🤍Receiving your items- Once you receive your package please inspect your items to ensure everything is kosher. Make sure they fit etc. We must be contacted about a fit issue or defect within 3 days of receiving your order. 

🤍Returns- HTC will gladly take returns and or exchanges due to damages (upon receipt- we try to inspect the pieces in full but very rarely we miss a small mishap) or the item not fitting. Clothing must be in the same condition as received. They should not be worn, washed, have any odor to it or have any pet hair and the tags must be attached. Shoes should NOT be worn and no tape or damage to the box may be had. To return an item please email us at hamiltonthreadscocs@gmail.com BEFORE sending the item(s) back. Returns must be post dated by 1 week (7 days) from the delivery date of the package. Returns are at the expense of the customer. If you are exchanging you will be responsible for shipping your exchanged item. Returns are at the discretion of the company. If you received free shipping your return or credit will be less the value of shipping for the item.


🤍Your return continued- Returns are at the customers expense both ways (item returned and exchange item back). Once we receive your returned item(s) we will review the condition of them. If they are in the condition required (listed above) you will have the choice of a refund, a store credit or an exchange.  

🤍RETURNS WHEN USING SEZZLE If you have used sezzle you may pick between a store credit or refund however there will be an 10% restocking fee for a refund due to using the service.  

🤍Restocking fee- We understand pieces do not work out sometimes however if your return percentage rate is high we have the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%

🤍Exchanges- Customer will pay return shipping as well as shipping for exchange items back to them 

🤍Items not eligible for returns or exchanges these items are FINAL SALE ONLY - Sale items or items sold at a discounted price, intimate (bralettes underwear etc), swim wear, jewelry that goes into a body part (earrings), custom orders, lashes, body products

🤍Shipping -

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE SHIPPED. We are not responsible for lost packages via the shipping carrier or stolen packages. ONCE YOUR PACKAGES LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ITEMS WHERE ABOUTS. If your package states delivered but is not at your location please contact your local post office or UPS hub to determine the location of said package. At that point if it is lost or stolen a claim will need filed with the shipping company. Thank you for understanding. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKEN ITEMS IN TRANSIT WITH THE CARRIERS. We package out items sufficiently. If an item is broken a claim needs made with the carrier. 

PREORDERS AND CUSTOMS ARE NOT ELLIGIBLE FOR RETURNS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ITEM. ALL PREORDERS AND CUSTOMS HAVE A ETA ON THE ITEM. WE WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER DUE TO LACK OF ABILITY TO READ THESE TIMELINES ON THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL AN ORDER DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE TO READ THE TIMELINE THERE WILL BE A 8% RESTOCK FEE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND TO ACCOUNT FOR THE FEES WE HAVE INCURRED TO RUN YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. 

PICK UPS- ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 3 days OF YOUR ORDER BEING READY. OUR RETURN EXCHANGE WINDOWS ARE SET IN STONE AND WILL NOT BE FLEXED OR ADJUSTED DUE TO AN ORDER NOT BEING PICKED UP FOR WEEKS. PLEASE BE PROMPT IN PICKING UP OR YOU WILL HAVE YOUR RIGHT TO PICK UP YOUR ORDERS REVOKED.
